I think its high time now as other users have been using this tools for more than a year and they are having problems with they battery not performing properly and they don't even know where get the replacement one.............

So, I was thinking instead of they sending the unit back to where have bough it from why don't you supple them and if you could also post some Videos showing how to replace them it would be very helpful for your users..........

Also if you could post the price list for the battery according to the models used on all your products........Well I would say not only battery but if possible also the Cables, Plugs, and any other Accessories as well..............

I am sure even other users would agree with this suggestion..............
